Diet&gym

Hello everybody! 
On monday i will start my jurney of loosing weight , my weight is now something around 95 kg. My goal is to get to 70 kg. On monday I will go to the gym and buy my "gymcard". I'm prepared to go about 4-5 times to the gym/week! I will also go someday next week to a shop where they sell proteins and weight loss packages and buy one off those! This will take time, money and hard work but I never been this motivated in my whole life off doing something to change myself and my body. I will start a healthy life style and exercise more than ever!
